Answer a call – Pick up Handset

Make a call – Pick up Handset, dial number, press the send softkey

Hold/Unhold a call – Press the Hold button

Mute/Unmute a call – Press Mute button

Transfer a call – Press the Tran button, enter extension, press Tran button

Conference call – Press Conf button, dial number

Call Forward – Press Menu->Features->Enter->Call Forward->Enter → Choose Option.

Collect Voice Messages – Press the Message button

Activate/Deactivate Do Not Disturb – Press DND
