01. The Basics

Make a call – Pick up Handset, dial number, press the send softkey

Hold/Un-hold a call – Press the Hold softkey

Mute/Un-mute a call – Press Mute button

Transfer a call – Press the Tran softkey button

Conference call – Press Conf softkey button, dial number

Call Forward – Press Menu->Features->Enter->Call Forward->Enter → Choose Option.

Collect Voice Messages – Press the Message button

Activate/Deactivate Do Not Disturb – Press DND
