Creating a Roster

You don't so much 'create' a roster as apposed to assigning shifts to a team and then publish those shifts.

To assign shfits:


  1. Start by selecting the correct team.


2. Next set the date range that you want to roster.

We usually recommend that you roster a week at a time.


You can now add agents to the roster. If you are managing an Inbound team you should start by running a Forecast.
