Team Maintenance
Team maintenance allows an administrator to create a teams of Agents by associating a Supervisor with one or more user accounts. A Supervisor has the ability to manage and play the recordings of any team member. To create a team simply add one or more Team entries by selecting a Supervisor and the Account to add as a team member. An account may belong to more than one team.
Note: the supervisor needs to be a member of the 'Supervisor' Group. Team members must belong to the 'Agent' group.
Via the 'Control Panel' under the Record Menu, select 'Create Team'. This will present a page that will list Accounts and their supervisors. A new agent can be assigned a supervisor by clicking 'New' button.
In the 'Account Mapping' page, select a Supervisor by clicking on the '?' button and selecting an account using the select 'icon'. Repeat this process for the Agent to be associate with the supervisor. Click 'Save' once satisfied.
There is no limit to the number of teams or team members in a team.
