Provides a List of all the Queus an agent is associated with.

Intended Use

The Agent Queues report is intended to give you a method to quickly review what queues each agent is associated with.

Selection Criteria

Choose one or more agents to run the report against. Click the check box in the selection list title bar (Next to 'Agent') to run the report against all agents,

Provides a list of Agents and for each agent a list of all of the queues they are associated with along with their current status.
