5.3.1 Dial Phases

The dialler goes through four phases of the dialling process:

1. Preview Phase – view the lead information before dialling.

2. Dial Phase – the dialler dialling the phone number

3. On Call Phase – speaking to the client and obtaining information.

4. Wrap Phase – call completed, time to enter any required information into the Call script screen.
