Reassigned Recordings
Occasionally a supervisor may need to move a call recording from one team member to another.
This may be required if a team member picked up a call at another team members desk or if a call was transferred in from another extension. The reassignment is done from the standard Call Recording edit page.
The re-assigned recording page allows a supervisor to view a list of recordings that have been re-assigned. This is primarily a security measure.
Simply search for the required recording click the 'Edit' icon and update the Account.
