5.4.1 Preview Phase
The preview phase is the first period which gives the agent time to review the information before dialing the client. When the agent starts the dialler a ‘Skip Preview’ button will appear. The Preview period can be set for a period of time, but the default is ‘period not set’, thus the agent when ready to make the call clicks on the ‘Skip Preview’ button, to start the next phase – ‘Dial’.
If a time is set in the ‘Preview Phase’ before the dialer starts dialling an agent can manually start the dialing phase by clicking on the ‘Skip Preview’ button.
