3.2 Importing the Lead list

To import leads you will be required to open Noojee Administrator and click on the Noojee Campaigner button located near the bottom of the screen.

The Noojee Campaigner button will open the Campaigner Manager Control panel which is the area for building and managing your Campaigns.

Before beginning the import process you should think about the following:

  • Campaign name – something descriptive for when you review in later months.

  • Campaign description – there is an option to add a campaign description, use it. The description should be detailed enough that if someone else needs to review the campaign details they will know what marketing campaign it relates too.

  • Campaign Template – if you are using generic Campaign Templatess you can select an old Campaign Template instead of creating a new one each time.

  • Duplicate Number - when importing leads Noojee campaigner caters for duplicate phone numbers in the lead list by setting the option ‘Allow Duplicate number’ within the campaign information screen.

The import process is a simple 5 step procedure that will import your leads for allocation and create fields that can be used in your call script.
