Account
Noojee Administrator security model employs 'Accounts' and 'Groups'. A user must have an Account to login to Noojee Administrator interface. User access to the various features available within Noojee Administrator are controlled by 'Groups'. Noojee Administrator has a number of built in groups such as 'Administrators' which grant special rights to users who belong to that group. An user Account may belong to one or more groups. The special Administrator Group gives the user the right to create user Accounts as well as designate other users as Administrators.
A number of services also have specialized Groups used to designate specific roles used within the service. For example Noojee Recorder has the following specialized groups: Agent, Manager, Receptionist, Recording Manager, Staff Member and Supervisor. These specialized groups are discussed along with the Services documentation.
Accounts are accessed via the Noojee Administrator Home Panel. The other screens discussed need to be accessed via the menu at the top of the screen. The other screens used to manage accounts are:
