Extension

The particular extension whose data is shown in the row.

Duration

Total duration the particular extension was connected to its callers, within the date/time interval given.

Total Calls

Number of Calls assigned to the Agent, within the date/time interval given.

No: of Calls

 

No Answer

Number of calls that was not answered, within the date/time interval given.

Busy

Number of calls that got terminated because the extension was busy, within the date/time interval given.

Failed

Number of calls that failed to get connected, within the date/time interval given.

Answered

Number of calls that were answered, within the date/time interval given.

Duration

Total duration the particular extension was connected to its callers, within the date/time interval given for the particular hour of day.

This report is accessed via the CDR Per Extension report.
