How to use the Click to Dial

Find the listing that you require and click on the number. The PBX will put your phone into speaker mode for you to speak to the caller. When the caller answers, just talk as normal. If you don't want to talk on speaker, just pick up the handset.

If 'auto-answer' has not been activated the PBX will first call your local extension number and your phone will ring. Answer your phone, then the PBX will then call the number you originally clicked.
