Manage Stop Codes

Select the Campaign Type to manage its associated Stop Codes (break codes).

You can maintain the list of Stop Codes which are displayed to the Agent when they stop the dialer.

Stop Codes help you track where your Agents are spending their time by recording why they have stopped dialing. The Stop Code is displayed in a number of the17.16. Live Data Tiles (realtime) including the Agent and Allocation Agent tiles.
