Importing

Importing

The import is now running and may take several minutes to complete depending on:

• The number of leads being imported.
• The number of columns (fields) each lead has.
• Whether you have chosen to create a new Allocation or top up an existing Allocation or Campaign.
• Whether you have chosen to 'Start' the Allocation so it is immediately available to Agents.

Depending on the options you have selected the Import may go through each of the following phases:

• Lead Import
• Allocating Leads
• Activating Leads

Each of these steps may take several minutes. As a rule of thumb a 30 MB file will take around 5 minutes to import.
