Manage Existing Leads - Select Action

Select the action you would like to perform and click 'Forward'.

View or Edit Calls

Opens the Call Editor so you can correct details collected during a call.

Create new Allocation

Create a new Allocation from an existing Campaign with the option to filter leads based on the content of a field.

Create new Allocation from Existing

Create a new Allocation from an existing Allocation with the option to filter leads based on their last disposition.

Manage DNC

Managed or add to the list of phone numbers that have been marked as Do Not Call.

Start an Allocation

Allows you to select an Allocation and Start it. Starting an allocation makes it visible to agents.

Stop an Allocation

Allows you to select an Allocation and Stop it. Stoping an allocation hides it from agents.
