Select Allocation to Start

Working left to right select the Campaign Type, Campaign and finally the Allocation you want to Start.

Starting an Allocation makes it visible to all Agents.

For clarities sake, 'Starting' an Allocation does NOT start the dialer. It only makes the Allocation visible to all Agents.

An Allocation which is visible to an Agent will appear in the list of Allocations displayed when the Agent starts the dialer. The Agent can then select any of the visible (Started) Allocations to work on. 

To hide an Allocation from all Agents you need to 'Stop' the Allocation.
