Select an Action

Start by selecting the activity you wish to undertake.

Import new Leads

Select 'Import new Leads' if you want to import leads from an external source such as a CSV file (Excel spreadsheet) or an external Database.

Manage Existing Leads

Select 'Manage Existing Leads' if you want to manage the current leads in the system.

Change Campaign settings

Select 'Change Campaign settings' if you need to modify how a Campaign works including:

• Dialer settings
• Screen Layouts (scripts)
• Fields
• Dispositions
• Stop Codes

Reporting

Select Reporting if you need access to realtime reporting (Live Data Tiles).

You can access historical reports under the 'Report | Outbound Reports' menu.
