Manage Fields

Select the Campaign Type to manage its associated Fields.

You can add new Fields, change the type of a field (Textbox, Date, Droplist etc) or the order that fields are exported amongst other options.

Some field maintance can only be done when no agents are dialing. The system will warning if this is the case.
