Choose how you want to import the leads.
Top up existing Allocation
Select this option if you have an existing Allocation that you want to add more leads to. You might use this option if a team is working on an Allocation and are starting to run out of leads. Topping up an Allocations makes those leads instantly available so your agents can keep working.
Note: the CSV must have the same number of columns with the same column labels as the CSV's you have previously imported using the existing Campaign Template.
Top up existing Campaign
Select this option if you want to top up an existing Campaign and Allocate the leads at a later date or create a new Allocation.
Note: the CSV must have the same number of columns with the same column labels as the CSV's you have previously imported using the existing Campaign Template.
Create new Campaign using existing Template
Select this option if you want to import the leads into a brand new Campaign but want to use the existing Template settings (e.g. screen layout, dispositions, dialer settings).
Note: the CSV must have the same number of columns with the same column labels as the CSV's you have previously imported using the existing Campaign Template.
Create new Campaign Template
Select this option if you want to import the leads into a new Campaign and create a new Campaign Template.Â
You will be given the option to create an new Allocation further along in the Wizard.
Use this option if the set of columns in the CSV don't match the fields in an existing Campaign Template or you want to use different dialer settings or a different set of dispositions.
