Manage Existing Leads

This menu allows for Managing leads already loaded into the system

View or Edit Calls

Select this option to view or edit the details of recently made Campaigner calls.

Create new Allocation

Select this option to create a new allocation from free leads loaded into the Campaigner system

Create new Allocation from Existing

Manage DNC

Select this option to add, remove or alter records in the internal DNC (Do Not Call) database

Start an Allocation

Select this option to start an Allocation which is currently stopped.

Stop an Allocation

Select this option to stop an Allocation which is currently running. Please note that Stopped Allocations are not visible to Agents.
