Campaigner Hosted Requirements

A Hosted system has the standard Agent PC requirements as well as an Internet connection for each agent to access the web interface to Noojee Campaigner.

Internet connection

For each Agent you should allow 150Kb download speed.

For 10 agents this means that you need an Internet connection that runs at least 10 * 150Kbps or (1.5Mbps).

This means that a standard ADSL connection will normally be sufficient for a 10 agent system.

This estimate assumes that you are not using the Internet connection to make the voice call and that you don't have other users within the office network using the Internet connection.

Telephones

Each agent needs either a Desk Phone or a Soft Phone (a piece of software installed on your PC that acts like a telephone).

VoIP Telephones

The phone (desk or soft) can use your Internet connection (VoIP) for making the 'Agent' leg of each call into our Data Centre. If you are going to use VoIP to make the Agent calls then you need to allow another 100Kbps per agent. This means that a typical ADSL connection can handle no more than 6 agents and many connections are capable of handling only 2-3 agents.

If your Internet connection is not fast enough Noojee may be able to supply you with a faster connection.

Existing Phones

If you already have an existing phone for each Agent Noojee Campaigner may be able to operate with that phone. Please talk to you Account Manager to determine if this is feasible.
