Call Parking
Call parking allows a call to be placed on hold into a 'parking bay'. Each parking bay has an extension number associated with it. Once a call has been parked it can be picked up from any extension in the office by dialing the parking bays extension number. To park a call following the following steps:
● transfer the call to extension 700
● A parking bay will be automatically assigned to the call
● The system will read back the assigned parking bay extension number
● Inform the intended callee that they can pick the call up from the assigned parking bay
● The callee dials the parking bay extension and is connected to the caller.
