Call Pickup

Call Pickup allows a call which is ringing at another extension to be answered from any extension in the defined 'call pickup group'.
A call pickup group is simply a group of extension which can pickup each others calls. For a list of call pickup groups see your system administrator. To pickup a ringing call within your call pickup group: Dial *8
Note: if multiple phones within the call pickup group are ringing, the call will be selected at random.
