About White Pages
The White Pages is the default page for Noojee Administrator and any user can view the White Pages without being required to login to Noojee Administrator. The White Pages provides a searchable corporate wide directory of internal and external company contacts and phone numbers. The 'Click to Dial' facility is integrated within the White pages to call internal and external contacts via a variety of means such as SIP, Mobile or Fixed Line all at a click of a mouse.
The White Pages directory is automatically populated by the 'Noojee Provision' service each time a new handset is added to the system. The White pages also directly integrates with 'Noojee Receptionist' and ' HUDLite' to provide a single view of all company contacts. The Receptionist can update White Pages through Noojee Receptionist and users that can login to Noojee Administrator can also maintain the White Pages directory.
Clients that have Noojee Fax can configure inbound fax delivery by entering the Fax number and email address of a staff member in the White Pages.
White Pages entries will be populated to phone book lists on SIP handsets if the 'Send to Phone' option is selected.
