Accessing Voice mail
Via Noojee Administrator
To access your voice mail from Noojee Administrator perform the following:

Click on the Voicemail icon under User Features on the Noojee Administrator panel.

You will be presented with the list of Voicemail boxes that are associated with your Account.

Click on “View New Voice Mails” or “View Old Voice Mails”

Click on the download button of the voicemail you would like listen to. This will open the default media player on your computer

Follow the prompts of your media player
Via Internal Extension
The simplest way to retrieve voice mail is via your handset.

Dial *3

When prompted enter your extension number

When prompted enter your PIN

Follow the voice prompts
Via External number
To access you voicemail from an external phone you need to obtain the Direct In Dial (DID) from your PBX administrator.
Dial the supplied DID

When prompted enter your extension number

When prompted enter your PIN

Follow the voice prompts
