1. Importing of Leads
In marketing terms a lead is detailed contact information for an individual, business or company that is a potential sales contact for your product or service.
In Noojee Campaigner the lead is the basic element around in which the workflow operates.
The details of the lead are imported into Noojee Campaigner and used to create other steps of the workflow. Once the leads are imported into Noojee Campaigner the system calls the group of leads a Campaign.
2. Creation of the Campaign Template
In Noojee Campaigner a Campaign Template is made up of a call script, disposition codes and stop break codes.
All marketing campaigns have a detailed script used by the sales team when making calls to potential clients. Noojee Campaigner provides the ability to write a call script linking information from the lead details to add substance to the script, links to an external database to automatically import information, required information fields for staff to enter and links to other relevant websites, i.e. Google maps.
The disposition code are used for recording the outcome of a lead after it has been called with a result, for example, Sale, No Sale, No Answer, etc.
A stop break code is used to record when the dialler has been stopped by a staff member, e.g. Lunch break, etc.
3. Allocation of Leads
Once leads have been imported into Noojee Campaigner those leads can be broken into subsets to be allocated to an Agent for processing.
4. Calling the Leads
An agent will login into Noojee Campaigner and go to the Campaign List screen to choose an allocation to start processing.
5. Recording the results of a lead
As the agent works through each of the leads they are required to enter a Disposition to record the outcome of the call. An agent can not move forward to the next call until a Disposition is entered for the call.
6. Reallocation of leads, based on results of calls
After the agents have called all the leads they are groups into Disposition codes. Based on these codes agents or sales staff can be allocated the leads based on the disposition code, e.g. all leads marked as “More Information” can be passed to the sales team to call.
Agents can also ring leads from the original campaign marked as No Answer, etc.
9. Exporting of lead information
All lead information can be exported to a .csv file.
