2.1 What is Noojee Campaigner

Noojee Campaigner is a marketing campaign management and execution tool designed primarily for outbound call centres. Noojee Campaigner optimises your campaign workflow incorporating your lead database, call scripts, automated dialler, dialling details, data capture and report management. It is a complete campaign life cycle.

Noojee Campaigner is not a CRM (Customer Relations Management tool), it is not a predicative dialler and it does not automatically wash your leads. However, Noojee Telephony Solutions does have a DNC tool for Australian business that connects to the Australian government Do Not Call Registry to pre-wash leads. The DNC tool plugs into Noojee Campaigner making this tool available to be managed via Noojee campaigner.

NTS product Noojee Administrator is the platform for all of NTS’s product and phone systems and is the interface used to access Noojee Campaigner. Noojee Administrator and associated products have been designed to be as simple to use as possible using a point and click methodology with the aim to have uniformity of screen actions throughout the product.

Most screens within Noojee Administrator and associated products provide the ability to:

Add new details
Edit details
Delete details
Select details to add to current screen
Action button
Next and Previous buttons
Search fields to locate specific details of information.

The screens use consistent format and buttons for manipulating the details within Noojee Administrator and associated products.

The following table explains how each of these buttons function.

	Add	Add information from another field to be added to the current field.
	Remove	Remove field information.
	Back	Go back to the previous screen
	Next and Previous	When multiple pages of information these buttons will appear at the bottom of the list.
	Search	Used with the search filters, used to initiate the search.
	Reset	Used to reset the list of information on a page after performing a search.
