Adding a Group

Whilst you can add new groups there is almost no need to do so as the built in groups provide all of the access control options that a typically site requires.

NOTE: This function is reserved for Noojee Support. Please consult Noojee to add a new group and assign appropriate permissions to that group.

Click on the New button in the Group page to begin adding a new Group and enter the required details in the following fields.

  • Name – The name of the group.

  • Description – A text field for the administrator; there is a limit of approximately 256 characters that can be entered into the field.

  • Enabled – a checkbox that enables or disables the Group.

  • Admin – a checkbox it enables or disables System Administration access for a Group.
