Setting your Extension number
Before using Click to Dial for the first time you must set your extension number. You do this through the White Pages directory by clicking on the 'Reset Extension' button at the bottom of the White Pages directory. A user then enters there Extension number followed by the brand of handset, then hit Save. If you correctly select the brand of handset then 'auto-answer' will be enabled. If you choose the incorrect handset then 'auto-answer' will not be activated.
If you move desks or access Noojee Administrator from a different computer (e.g. Your laptop) you must reset your extension details as they are stored on your local computer.
If a user has not set the extension number then the first time a user clicks an entry they will be prompted to enter the extension of their phone number so that White Pages knows what extension to call.
