Receiving Voice mail by Email
Users can receive their voice mail message via emails. They can do this by entering their email address into the White pages directory against their extension.
When the 'Email' address is entered into the White Pages directory, the 'Email Address' field on the corresponding Voice mail Box screen will be automatically populated and the 'Send Voice mail Messages' option will be automatically activated. If this is not the desired action then you will need to manually go to the Voice mail Box screen and disable the setting by clicking on the No radiobox of the 'Send Voice mail Messages'.
