4.4 Disposition

Dispositions are used to record the outcome of a sales call against a lead and may control how a lead is processed after the sales call; Disposition codes categorize leads. For instance an Agent may disposition a lead as 'Follow up required' or 'Do not callback'.

Noojee Campaigner ships with a standard set of disposition codes that you may delete or change to suit your requirements and add your own disposition codes. Once a disposition code has been used in a campaign it may not be deleted, however it may be disabled which will stop Agents from selecting it.

When a campaign type is created for the first time Noojee Campaigner will automatically allocate the default disposition codes.
