4.1 Campaign Template
When a campaign is loaded into the campaign manager Noojee Campaigner will automatically assign the campaign to a default Campaign Template, if the Campaign Template chosen during the import process is New. This will happen on your very first campaign import.
Once the first Campaign Template is created it will appear in the Campaign Template field of the import screen for future campaigns. This can be selected for future imports or a new Campaign Template can be created.
To access a list of Campaign Template in Noojee Campaigner it is accessed via the menu ‘Campaign’, Campaign Template. From the Campaign Template list screen the call script can be edited, the Disposition and Stop Code set can be changed and the dialler timer settings changed.
A Campaign Template can have multiple call scripts, but not Disposition, Stop Code sets or Dialler settings. A Campaign Template will have default call script with any other call scripts having to have a different name to ‘Default’.
