4.6 Dialer timing settings
The timing of the Dialer is set by editing the required Campaign Template via the ‘List of Campaign Templates’. You can set both a Preview period for an agent to view the script before the dialler is activated and the Wrap Up period for the agent to enter information about the call before the dialler starts calling the next lead.
Both the Preview and Wrap Up time period is set in seconds, thus if you require agents to view the Preview for 1 min before the dialler calling the lead enter the field as ‘60’.
