4.5 Stop codes
Stop codes are used to report when and why an Agent has stopped the dialler. Noojee Campaigner logs the date and time each time an Agent starts or stops the dialler and requires an Agent to enter a reason for stopping the dialler.
Noojee Campaigner ships with a standard set of stop codes that you may delete or change to suit your requirements and add your own stop codes.
When a campaign type is created for the first time Noojee Campaigner will automatically allocate the default stop codes.
Stop codes are not accessed via the Campaigner control panel, but accessed via the menu located at the top of the screen.
