Noojee Campaigner provides a means to send a Agent generated email directly from the Screen Layout.

Normally to send an email as a result of a call you would use the Disposition Action Send Email Action. In some circumstance you may want to give the Agent direct control over when the email should be sent. In these case the Send Email URL is designed to meet your requirements.
