05. Actions

Noojee Campaigner supports the concept of Actions that are able perform custom work on either Noojee Campaigner or an external system such as a Database or CRM.

Actions can be either triggered manually via an 05.3 Action Links or Automatically via 05.2 Disposition Actions.

Campaigner support several types of Actions.

Examples of an Action are:

• Send an email to the current lead

• Send a fax to the current lead

• Send the current lead details to an external CRM system

• Update an external Database

• Move a lead to another Campaign for processing by another group of Agents.
