This is the standard import export facility. It is simple and quick. You can take leads from an excel spreadsheet and have them imported in a couple of minutes.

This is a standard feature so its free.

Requires only minimal technical skill and a basic knowledge of Excel.

DisadvantagesIntegration

Requires some technical skill.

Requires a basic knowledge of Excel.

This compares to the Database import process described above which requires no technical skills.
