08. Screen Pops
Screen Pops allow a screen such as an Account screen in your CRM to be automatically opened when you answer a call.
Noojee Answer is embedded into the footer of your CRM. When a call arrives a small bar opens at the footer which is able to display summary details about the caller (e.g. Name, Account, Last Order ...).
When the call is answered Noojee Answer is able to automatically open one or more CRM pages such as the Contact, Account and Opportunity pages for caller.
