Adding a new Queue Threshold

To add a new Queue Threshold click the 'Add' button below the 'Threshold' table. In the new/edit Queue Threshold page the fields displayed are – 'Name', 'Type' and 'Select Members Type'. Threshold types can be Call count, Immediate or SLA. If the selected type is 'Call count', a text field to enter the call count value is displayed. In case of Immediate thresholds, the call count value is automatically taken as 0. In case of SLA thresholds, the value is taken as the Queues Service level value. Allowed values for 'Select members by' are Skill, Static Agent or Dynamic Agent.
