Answer Step
The Answer Step will Answer the call. You typically don't need to use the Answer Step as most Steps that require the call to be Answered before they can act (do their stuff) will ensure the call is answered and if not answer it automatically.
The Answer Step is included for special circumstances.
If you don't know if you need to use Answer, then you don't need to use it :)
