Editing /Deleting an Account
To edit an account click on the edit icon alongside the relevant record, this will display the 'New/Edit Account' page. Edit the appropriate fields and then click on the Save button to save the changes, or Cancel button to undo the changes and return to the Account List page.
To delete an account click on the delete icon alongside the relevant record. A page will appear asking you to confirm you want to delete the record. Hit 'Ok' to continue deleting or 'Cancel' to stop the cancellation of the record.
Per Account Recording Options
Announce Outbound Rec. message:
A message indicating that the call will be recorded will be played to the agent before an outbound call begins
Record Inbound Calls:
Inbound calls coming to this account will be recorded regardless of Route recording settings.
Record Outbound Calls:
Calls originating from this account will be recorded.
Override Default Outbound Rec. Settings
Allow this account to override the outbound recording settings. That is, this account may turn call recording on or off on a per call basis.
Allow Adhoc Recording:
Allow use of adhoc call recording feature by this account.
