Adding Handsets to an Account

The Handsets field appears in the New/Edit Accounts page. Click on the 'Add Extension' button next to the field to view a list of available Handsets from which to select a handset and then click on the 'Select' button to allocate a Handset to the account. The handset number will appear in the Handsets field of the New/Edit Accounts page. To add a Foreign Handset, click on the 'Add Foreign Extension' next to the field to view 'New Foreign Handsets Page' (Figure 8), in which a foreign handset phone number can be entered and on clicking save, the value gets allocated as a handset. The foreign handset will appear in the Handsets field along with the normal handsets. To remove a Handset / Foreign Handset from an Account click on the 'Remove' button located next to the Handset field.
