Handset History

Each time an user logs into Noojee Contact or Noojee Vision their handset (extension no.) may change. The Handset history provides a log of each time a user logs into a Handset.

Handset History also provides a Search bar to allow you to search for specific Agents or Handsets.

Fields

Field	Explanaition
Login	The users login name that logged into a handset.
Exten	The extension no. of the handset the user logged into.
Start	The date/time that the user logged into the handset.
End	The date/time that the user logged out of the handset. This happens automatically when a user logs into a new handset or someone else logs into their handset.
