Offices
Offices are used to identify the location of handsets and play a pivitol role in securiing the system.
Your system should typically include one office for each physical location including any home users.
When a users logs in to NJ Admin the system checks that they are logging in from a know location (or more correctly a known ip address). If their location is not know the system will place them into a holding pattern. An email is sent to all administrators asking them to authorise the new location. Once the new location has been authorise the users login will be allowed to proceed.
