Play Lists

Play Lists allow you to configure a list of music and or messages to be played to customers when they are on hold.

Play Lists are primarily utilised from Queues when configuring a Queue's messages.

You may define multiple play lists each with their own set of tunes and messages.

Play List also offer a shuffle option which will result in the messages being played in a random order.

Creating a play list

Click the 'New' Button to create a new Playlist.

Name the play list and select whether you want it shuffled.

Click 'New Message' to add a tune (music or message) to the play list.

Enter the name of the tune or message.

Click the 'Upload' button to upload the the tune or message.

Uploaded tunes must be in wav format.

Add as many tunes/messages as required.
