Contacts

Contacts allows you to maintain an internal Contacts directory which features 'click to dial'.

The Contacts list is designed to replace standard paper based contact list.

If you site uses Noojee Provision the list of Contacts can also be pushed to each handsets to allow searching and dialing any no. in the Contacts list directly from your handsets.

For external Contacts, if an address is entered the 'Maps' tab will show a map of their location.

Click To Dial

Each phone no. listed in the Contacts list has a 'Click to Dial' icon . Provided that when you logged into Noojee Admin you entered your handset extension no., Clicking the 'Click to Dial' icon will dial the adjacent phone no.

Fields

Field	Description
Company	The company name the contact works for.
Business Title	The Contacts Business Title such as 'Director'.
Account	If this is an internal user then you can attached the Contact to their Account.
Salutation	The Contacts title such as 'Mr, Mrs'.
First Name	The Contacts firstname.
Surname	The Contacts surname.
Address	The Contacts address.
Telephone	The Contacts main telephone no.
Mobile	The Contacts mobile no.
Email	The Contacts Email address.
Fax	The Contacts Fax no.
Department	The department the Contact works in.
Reports To	The person this Contact reports to in their organisation.
Notes	Any notes you would like to record about this contact. Be warned this notes a visible to all Noojee users.
Send To Phone	If you are using Noojee Provision and this option is checked then this contact's details will be sent to each phone's internal directory. Note: most phones can handle at most 100 Contacts.
