NJ Click Caller ID

Caller ID is used by Noojee Click to provide the list of quick pick caller ids.

Noojee Click Quick Picks allow a user to quickly switch between a set of defined caller ids. Quick Picks are useful when you are making calls on behalf of a third party and want to present the third parties caller id to the person you are calling.

When Quick Picks are enabled Noojee Click adds an additional menu item 'Switch CLID' which displays the list of Caller ID Names defined on this page. The Noojee Click user can select one of the names and from then on the Caller ID associated with that Name (via at this page) will be displayed when a caller is made.

Note: you telephony provider must support dynamic caller id.

Configuration

To configure Noojee Click to use Quick Picks open the Noojee Click configuration panal click the 'Advanced' tab and then 'Enable CLID Quick Pick' and then enter the URL to the Noojee PBX as follows:

https://<noojee pbx fqdn>/servicemanager/NoojeeClickCallerId

where <noojee pbx fqnd> is the FQDN or IP address of you Noojee PBX, e.g. pbx.myorg.com.au

Fields


Name	The name of the Caller ID to display in the Noojee Click 'Switch CLID' menu.
Description	A description of who the caller id belongs.
Caller ID	The phone no. to display as the caller id.
