Allocation

An allocation is a subset of leads from a Campaign which can be given to one or more agents for processing (i.e. call them). Allocations are used to manager the life cycle of a Campaign. An allocation is created by the Campaign Manager after the leads are imported. Multiple Allocations may be created over the life of a campaign. Multiple Allocations may exist at the same time and a lead may belong to multiple Allocations. You normally wouldn't want a lead to belong to two allocations which are active at the same time, as you risk the lead being called twice. The 'Active' status of an Allocation controls whether it is visible to Agents .
