03.10 Re-dialing leads
Some times once you have finished running a campaign you want to re-dial a number of leads.
Firstly simple actions like 'No Answer', 'Busy' and Callbacks will automatically be re-dialed for you so you don't need to do anything special.
If you do need to re-dial leads then the simplest method is to 10. Exporting all of the leads and then re-Importing them into a new campaign.
You can also create a new allocation from an existing allocation but this can be slightly more complex in for some users.
