Editing a Recording
The Recording Manager is the only user group that can edit recording. Recordings don't normally need to be edited. You may need to edit a recording for one of the following reasons:

Change the Agent associated with the recording

Enter/Modify the transaction id (reference) associated with the recording
To access the edit field click on the edit icon alongside the relevant call record. The New/Edit Call Record screen will appear displaying the details of the recording, however only the call direction, Account and Reference field can be altered.
To change the account (user) associated with the call click on the “?” button next to the Account field. The Account list screen is presented. Click on the select icon alongside the appropriate account record and the account name will appear in the account field of the New/Edit call record screen. To disassociate a user with a call record click on the 'X' button beside the Account field.
Click on the 'Save' button to save the changes. Click on the 'Cancel' button to cancel all changed made and return to the call record list.
